Shamekia Davis, a native of Portland, Oregon, is dedicated to serving her community. With over eight years of experience, she combines her personal and professional insights to achieve significant results and aims to expand the services available to the community.

Executive Director
Ernest Davis is an Oregon native with five years of experience in case management and a wealth of lived experience. Currently working as a peer support counselor, he aims to leverage his knowledge to address the housing crisis that affects the community on a daily basis.

President
LaDonna is the president of USFirst and is proud of her accomplishments in customer service, case management, and peer support. She has a passion for the community and looks forward to future initiatives.
Danita Mitchell
Treasurer
Danita Mitchell is a dedicated member of her community, known for her passion for helping others. An Oregon native, she has spent over 12 years working with elders and people with disabilities, demonstrating her commitment to giving support and making a positive impact.
