Us First – Our First Mission (2019)

Our First mission began in 2019, when we set out to connect with our community and make a difference. We started by reaching out and offering a variety of resources to let people know: we’re HERE, and we CARE. From the beginning, our goal has been to build trust, provide support, and stand alongside those who need it most.

Our First Community Event – December 2021.

In December 2021, we hosted our very first community event, dedicated to supporting families during the holiday season. Despite a challenging snowstorm, we successfully delivered gifts for children and essential food resources directly to families in need. This heartfelt effort marked the beginning of our ongoing commitment to serve and uplift our community, no matter the circumstances, we were also able to get 10 families adopted through the Christmas adoption line.

A Donation From HelloFresh – 2022

In 2022, we received our very first donation from HelloFresh. a healthy food company that generously provided 300 food boxes for our community. This contribution allowed us to support families with access to nutritious meals. That same year, we proudly hosted our very first back-to-school event at Luuwit View Park. The event was a great success, featuring hairstylists, raffles, backpack giveaways and distributions of food and household supplies to families in need.

  • Present giveaways for children and families.
  • Hot meals and food raffles.
  • A visit from Mr. and Mrs. Claus.
  • A professional photographer to capture special moments.

Additionally, we were able to match 10 families with sponsors through our Christmas Family Adoption Program, ensuring they had the support they needed for the holiday season.
